We understand welcoming a new puppy can be super exciting but a little overwhelming, especially if you’re a first-time dog parent. That’s where we come in! We’re here to offer you some basic training tips and help you get set up. We keep our puppy knowledge up-to-date because we know how important it is to give your pooch the best start in life. We’re all about being honest and fun, sharing our best tips so you can keep your puppy smiling and tail-wagging even after our visit.
If your puppy is allowed outside, we’ll start with a quick potty break, then get into some fun playtime to keep their tails wagging. We’ll also make sure their tummies are happy and their water bowls are full. We can even sneak in some training during our 45-minute visit to help your puppy learn the ropes.
Options of puppy services
A- Puppy visits – 45 minutes. We will come and spend some time with your pooch in your home, do some basic training with them and if necessary let them out for a quick wee break.
B – Puppy training – 1 hour. We run the puppy training with you, the owner, and run through the essentials of what you need for your perfect adult doggo. We send you two free puppy guides as part of our service. Please get in touch for more details on this service as it can depend a lot on what age your pup is, the earlier the better though!
We will look after your pet in your own house or in our walker’s dog-friendly home.

More About Our Puppy Visits in London
1 We send over a detailed doggy profile for you to fill in and we arrange our initial consultation.
2 We will match them with a walker. All our walkers got through our rigorous interview and training process.
3 Our walker will come to your home and play with your pup, feed them or do some basic training also. We will take them out for a short walk if they have had all of their vaccinations.
4 We will always send you pupdates on the WhatsApp group we have with you, the hoomans so you can be reassured they are safe and sound.
5 We will send you a summary of our time with the pup when we have finished, regarding behaviour, health or fun they have had!

The puppy visits are for the puppies who can’t yet join the group walks. If the puppy is allowed outside, we would take them out for a toilet break first, play with the puppy, feed and refill any water. We can also practice any training in the 45 minutes we spend with your pup.
We offer some basic training for puppies and help to get you set up especially if it is your first time taking care of a dog, we know it can be quite overwhelming so happy to do our bit in helping you to get ready.
This one is a tricky one to give an exact answer to because we always prefer to meet the dog in person first and discuss energy levels, needs etc. As a general rule, we say a minimum of 6 months before they can join us on the group walks.
We like to first speak to you over the phone to get an idea of how we can help you. Then, we arrange a meeting in person & if all goes well, we create a Whatsapp group for updates and start when you are ready.
