1 We provide a detailed doggy profile for you to complete and schedule our initial consultation.
2 We will pair your dog with a walker near you in the South West London area. Everyone on the team is CRB-checked, and carefully vetted.
3 Our dog walker will come and collect your dog on foot at a time that suits you.
4 Your pooch will spend a minimum of one hour in the park with no more than 4 other dogs so that behaviour can be monitored.
5 You will be sent updates in the form of pictures or videos to the WhatsApp group during the walk, so you are reassured they are safe and sound.
6 We will bring your dog home and leave you updates in the group about their behavior, health, and fun activities.

Yes, provided that we are absolutely certain that they will be safe with us and that they respond well to the recall command. As a general rule, we won’t let your dog off the leash for at least the first 3 walks until we get better acquainted.
Everyone on the team has had prior experience of working with dogs for a minimum of 2 years. Training with Top Doggy begins with online sessions where we focus on dog communication signals and what to watch out for in the parks. Walkers also take part in 2 weeks of in person training and handling of different dog breeds.
Yes we do, depending on availability so please enquire.
The majority of time, dogs are collected on foot or public transport may be used. We do also use personal cars to take dogs on bigger adventures, this can be seen on our day care page.
We refully select our team members based on past experience with a variety of breeds, professionalism and of course on how much the dogs adore them. Homes in which walkers take their dogs are carefully vetted to ensure the utmost safety for your dog.
